Instructor Responsibilities

Effective Driver  Training


Provide high-quality driving instruction to our students.

Help students to develop the skills and knowledge they need to become safe and responsible drivers.

Supportive Learning Environment

Create a calm and positive learning environment for all of our students.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback and support as needed.

Driving Test Preparation

Prepare students for their driving tests and help them to pass on the first attempt.

Reduce the stress and anxiety of students with upcoming tests

Instructor Requirements

Driver's License Requirements


Possess a valid driver's license.

Meet the state and DMV regulations related to driving and driving instruction.

Driving Record Requirements

Have a clean driving record with no moving violations or accidents.

Educational Requirements

Hold at least a high school diploma or GED.

Have a minimum of 10 years of driving experience.

DMV Certification

Be certified by the DMV or willing to become certified, which involves passing a written and road test.

We will assist and train the right candidate!

Communication Skills

Have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively teach and interact with students.

Instructor Pay

Pay Rate Range

$18.50/hour - $26/hour

Competitive Pay Offered

You will have the opportunity to move up the pay scale and earn higher compensation upon completing certain requirements
