2. Vehicle Inspection
Before you start driving, your examiner will inspect your vehicle to ensure it’s safe and in good working condition. They will check the lights, turn signals, windshield, tires, and other key components. If your car fails inspection, your test could be canceled.
3. Testing Basic Vehicle Functions
Once inside the car, the examiner may ask you to demonstrate some basic vehicle functions. This could include adjusting the mirrors, using the turn signals, activating the emergency flashers, setting the parking brake, and turning on the windshield wipers.
If possible, use the same car you’ve been practicing with to avoid surprises.
